Since 1982, Florida Native Plants Nursery and Landscaping has specialized in ecologically beneficial native plants and carries non-native Florida-friendly plants and edible plants as well. Our services include professional native landscape consultation, design, and installation. We are a Sarasota Green Business, a pollinator-friendly business and farm, and a wildlife sanctuary. Family and women-run, the nursery is managed sustainably without the use of synthetic chemical fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, or pesticides. The nursery has planted hundreds of native trees and plants around the retail and growing areas to serve as gardens, wildlife habitat, and an ecological buffer that filters water runoff.
