Topiary Gardens Nursery is a small family business founded in 2007 by the Perez family. The owner and operator, Jose Raul Perez, was especially interested in agriculture and in 1985 he became an Agricultural Engineer, graduating from the University of Pinar del Río (Cuba). In 2006 he received an equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences in the U.S.A. He has 40 years of experience in the agricultural industry, having worked as a grower and consultant.
